Solid week of training despite an unexpected day off to start the week.
Sunday – Off. This was unplanned as my daughter got sick overnight so wanted to get the other kids out of the house.
Monday – AM – Easy run, 2.84 Miles (22:52). PM – Easy Trail Run, 7.1 miles (58:48).
Tuesday – AM – 20 minutes easy on treadmill (2.17 miles). PM – 2.47 miles easy (19:17). This run got cut short due to storms.
Wednesday – AM – 3.74 Miles easy (30:45). PM – 6.32 Miles Easy (50:33)
Thursday – AM – 20 minutes easy on treadmill (2.19 miles). Strength Training (back and biceps). PM – Trail Run, 7.25 miles (1:02:09).
Friday – AM – 20 minutes easy on treadmill (2.17). PM – 5.12 miles easy (39:46).
Saturday – AM – Strength Training (Chest and Legs). PM – 50 minutes easy on treadmill (5.98 miles).
That is a wrap for the week. This week is not looking good as I am battling an injury and have not been able to run the past few days. It is muscular and seems to be improving, will just take a little time.
