Weekly Workouts (Week of 6/20-6/26/21)

Another frustrating week in the books. Inconsistency seems to be my theme this month as I just can’t string together a good couple of weeks, yet alone a single week of consistent works and mileage.

Snapshot of my cardio workouts for the week.

The week started off well but quickly went downhill as evidenced below.

Sunday: AM – 5.46 Miles easy (42:09). PM – 20 minutes easy on the treadmill.

Monday: 5.46 Miles easy (42:14).

Tuesday: Strength training – Back and Biceps.

Wednesday: Easy run on treadmill in the morning – 20:31.

Thursday: NOTHING.

Friday: AM – 25 minutes easy on treadmill. PM – Easy trail run, 5.41 miles (42:41).

Saturday: AM – strength training – Legs and Chest. PM – 45 minute easy run (5.67 miles).

There you have it. This week is off to a good start and here is to hoping it continues.
