Best week in a long time. It started off a bit slow but ended strong. I got almost 55 miles in, a strength workout and most important over 4,500 feet of climbing. I would have liked to have gotten a longer run in and one more strength session but if every week was like this I would be happy.
Sunday: Tired and travel day. 4.37 miles super easy (35:30).
Monday: 7.12 miles easy (55:26)
Tuesday: AM – 2.71 miles real easy (21:45). PM – Easy trail run of 5.63 miles (46:32).
Wednesday: AM – strength session, full body workout. PM – Easy Trail run of 7.84 miles (66:10).
Thursday: AM – 2.71 miles real easy (21:19). PM – 7.14 miles easy (54:42).
Friday: AM – 10.47 mile trail run (91 minutes). Woke up at 4:00 and could go back to sleep so got out of bed and got out on the trails. The first hour was almost complete darkness accept for the light of my headlamp.
Saturday: 6.32 miles easy (49:28).
