The more I consume the more I learn to question. In this day age it is easier and easier to get information, but what information is real and unbiased? For the vast majority of information that we look to consume I would venture to guess that most of it is not objective. Everyone has an agenda, whether they care to admit it or not. In most cases I would venture to guess the person providing the information is not even aware of their bias.
So what is one to do? My suggestion is to experiment and research. Try different things and note what works and what doesn’t work. This is easier said than done and could require patience and investment of time. For instance, if it a specific workout methodology or diet you may not know the results for some time. You also run the risk of trying a methodology and it not being very beneficial to you, resulting in a huge amount of time. That is okay, don’t think of it as a wasted time, but time meant learning and refining.
